Pennsylvania Woman Arrested in Rehoboth Beach for Disorderly Conduct, Urinating, Throwing Up


Rehoboth Beach, De. (DELMARVA NEWS NOW) — A 22-year-old Pennsylvania woman was arrested in Rehoboth Beach on Friday for disorderly conduct.

Police say Kiley Dippery of Hummelstown, PA was located by officers around 11 p.m. in the area of 143 Rehoboth Avenue after she screamed loudly. Investigators determined she was separated from her boyfriend and needed assistance in getting back to her hotel room where she was reunited with him.

After leaving taking her to the hotel and leaving, Police were called back as Dippery began screaming loudly again. She was placed under arrest and assisted out of the hotel. She refused to get into the patrol car, becoming combative and kicked an officer in the leg. While in the patrol car, Dippery vomited and later vomited and urinated in the floor at the Rehoboth Beach Police Department.

Dippery was charged with resisting arrest with force or violence as well as offensive touching of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, unreasonable noise and disorderly conduct creating a physically offensive condition. She was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of 3,200 dollars.
