Police Looking for Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk Bike Thieves

Rehoboth Beach, De. (DELMARVA NEWS NOW) — Rehoboth Beach Police say two suspects stole an unsecured bicycle from a bike rack on the Boardwalk in the late evening hours of Tuesday

Police say the incident happened just before midnight on July 30 when a suspect removed an unsecured bicycle from a bicycle rack on the Boardwalk near Wilmington Avenue. A second suspect accompanied him. The bicycle was reported stolen the following day on Wednesday, July 31. It was recovered on August 1.

Police identify the first suspect as a white male between 5’10” and 6’0″ with brown hair and between the ages of 16 and 19 years old. The second suspect is described as being between 5’6″ and 5’9″ tall and between the ages of 15 and 18 years old.
