Salisbury, Maryland has ranked number 90 on U.S. News & World Report’s 2020-21 ranking of the best places to live in the United States.
Salisbury received a 6.4 out of 10 overall ranking, a 7.2 out of 10 for quality of life and a 6.1 out of 10 score for value.
The ranking describes Salisbury as follows: “The longtime nickname “The Crossroads of Delmarva” is fitting for Salisbury in many ways, since it sits nestled among Delaware, Maryland and Virginia on a map. It is a melting pot of college students, retirees and families who might all be seen together enjoying a Saturday night at a microbrewery or watching a minor-league baseball game.”
Salisbury is the highest ranking Maryland city on the list.
